So I finished watching Tactics yesterday...

Long live Sugino and Muu-chan... the greatest couple ever.


Even though it had an open ending... I was still very satisfied with it. I totally didn't see Suzu-chan's death coming. That made me sad... it's so hard to find a little kid who isn't annoying. I'm glad that Haruka ended up sticking around. I was worried that it would end with him leaving.

I wonder if the story continues in the manga... fucking ADV and their shitty manga department. >:(

I'm currently dling the Hellsing OVA preview ("Digest for Fleaks"... "Fleaks"... WTF?!)... will probably get around to watching it tomorrow.

The tail end of the Tactics anime deviated from the manga. I really ended up liking both versions a lot tho. I even liked Suzu's story, despite her being an anime-only character. So the first few volumes of the manga follow the anime, and then they go off on their own tangent... it's up to vol.7 now and has gotten pretty dark (Raikou is TONS more creepy in the manga). Good story! I don't like the ADV translations 'cause they changed poor Muu and Sugino's genders... but if you're looking for scanslations further than what's come out domestically, there are some at love_tactics here: volumes 4+ (http://community.livejournal.com/love_tactics/108100.html) (you'll need to be a member of the comm)
