Petition to silence Ashlee Simpson

An online petition has been drawn up to allow people to suggest that Ashlee Simpson quit her music career as soon as possible.
FemaleFirst.co.uk reports that the petition has been addressed to her record label, Geffen Records, to rid themselves and the music-loving world of Simpson's vocal offerings.
Simpson sparked controversy and ridicule last year when she was caught lip-synching on a 'live' performance on Saturday Night Live, apparently due to heartburn.
The petition reads: "We, the undersigned, are disgusted with Ashlee Simpson's horrible singing and hereby ask her to stop.
"Stop recording, touring, modelling and performing. We do not wish to see her again."
Not a lot going on here. I've just been making icons. I made a good sized batch of Lupin III and FLCL icons today. I'll probably post them tomorrow in my icon journal.
I'm about to have a go-around with my DVR. It cuts out the audio in some things I record for no reason. Like this past week's episode of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex... the whole episode is just people talking. No action. Just dialouge. So the DVR decides to cut out every three mintues. GRRR...

I actually thought it was a legitimate reason for the lip-sync, like her voice went out or she didn't feel like it.
*shrugs* People just don't make good excuses anymore.
I actually like her music too!
