queendork56Because I finally got around to catching up on One Piece...
I think a part of my love of One Piece died along with Merry. There will be no more cute Merry moments... like the facial expressions and Luffy sitting on his head... No more cute little Strawhat crew and their cute little sheep ship. =(
New ship is ugly as hell though. It's so... flashy. Buggy is the flashy one.
I also mourn the loss of Paulie. I love Paulie and his distaste for women in small clothing. I wish he had joined. His rope attacks were really unique. He's just another one that falls into the category of "Characters I like from the moment they show up only to have them end up being secondary characters or die halfway through."
Though I will say that seeing older!Coby and older!Helmeppo was nice. *still feels kinda icky to think that Coby is hawt* Shanks and his hairy legs popping up briefly was nice too.
Half-naked Smoker was also greatly appreciated (esp. after I had to look at nasty Franky ass for two chapters.)
V. nice. Smoker needs to catch up with Luffy. =(
Maybe things will start going better for OP and me when we start the next arc.
Also... I miss Buggy. =(
