queendork56 I have to go in for orientation at McDonald's today at 3. I'm so freaking happy at the thought of a paycheck. I was sort of doubting if they were gonna call me or not, but alas, they called this morning. Good thing I decided to get up early. =)
I was in shock yesterday. Tara actually called me. I hadn't talked to her in nearly a year and then yesterday afternoon she called. She told that she got married to Josh. Which, I think was bad idea after the way he treated her before. But I think she really did it because Gavin is his and not Zach's. I mean if it was Zach's baby then she wouldn't have let Gavin take Josh's last name. Anyway, she seem to act like it had only been a couple of weeks since we talked. Or maybe that's just how it felt considering how long we were friends. She said she'd call me again but I don't know. And I forgot to get her phone number.
Man I really hope this job thing works out. I was poking around Ebay the other day and I found a super cool Goemon doll that went for a high bid of $12.50. $12.50!!! If I only had had 13 bucks... I could have had my very own Goemon. Sadness. I was also looking around Deep Disount DVD and Anime Castle and found tons of stuff I wanna get. (Prays that by the time I get some money they still have the Lupin "Sweet Betrayals" with the Jigen toy in stock...because that would make me very, very happy.)
Anyway, besides getting a job and hearing from Tara and the sadness over losing a Goemon doll...there's still not a lot happening around here. Hopefully getting a job will lead to... (dare I say...) a life!! (*horrified gasp* I know, I know. It's scary, isn't it?)
Well...I guess I'll stop rambling now. Or will I?

Anyway... I officially start work tomorrow morning at 6. I'm gonna be working the grill... so here's to me being put off McDonald's food for life!!
