1. Total number of films I own on DVD/video:
54 on DVD and 4 on Video (I also have 14 in my DVR)

2. The last film I bought:
Umm... Fullmetal Alchemist Volume One but that's a series, so Aladdin was before that.

3. The last film I watched:
Hmmm... at the movies: Robots (I think) on TV: Move Over, Darling (1963 Doris Day/James Garner romantic comedy... I love that movie. It's a remake of My Favorite Wife from 1940 with Cary Grant and Irene Dunne. It was supposed to be Something's Gotta Give with Marilyn Monroe and Dean Martin, but Marilyn passed away during filiming. And that's your random movie trivia for the night.)

4. Five films that I watch a lot or that mean a lot to me:
+ The Lord of the Rings movies -- because they made me an Orlando Bloom fan which lead to me joining a club on Bolt and meeting Rose and Lana and Judy and all the other Plank Walkers. ^_^
+ The Lion King -- One of the first movies to make me cry (you know before I became a ball of emotions.)
+ Bringing Up Baby -- One of the greatest movies ever. It is hilarious and heartwarming. I love it. It was the first old movie that I fell in love with. It's just wonderful. Cary Grant is wonderfully charming and Katharine Hepburn is just a doll.)
+ Pillow Talk -- Yet another older movie. You just can't beat Rock Hudson and Doris Day when it comes to romantic comedies. It's just so cute. If you've seen Down With Love with Renee Zellweger and Ewan McGregor you should see Pillow Talk. A lot of DWL was adapted from Pillow Talk.
+ The Thin Man films -- Nick and Nora Charles may be my favorite couple ever. Even if you don't like old movies or black and white movies you should still watch The Thin Man films. They're fast paced and still slick and witty by today's standards. My favorite comedy/mystery movies (along with Clue.)

5. Five people I'm passing this onto:

*sigh* I love old movies.. yet I don't own any. Even if they do make it to DVD they're never for sale around here.

I'm halfway through capping Speed Grapher. I would have finised but Norton decided it needed to update (again) *shakes fist* I hate you, you stupid anti-virus program! *shudder* Rubber dude still freaks me out though.

I congratulate you in your cinematic tastes. I do recommend *anything* with Claudette Colbert, especially one with Gary Cooper which is called something like Bluebeard seventh wife or something like that. Also, It happened one night, with Clark Gable great flicks.
And yeah, if you're a Doris Day fan, The man who knew too much. Well, all old Hitchcocks and Capras...
