Bleach Opening 03; Bleach Ending 05 Screencaps

Decided to break this week's episode up a bit. Right now I've the opening and the ending. Then later today/tomorrow I'll have the first half of the double episode and then later on in the week (but most likely before the weekend) I'll have the second half of the double episode.

But right now I've got opening and ending caps which I must say... both rocked. I haven't actually watched the episode yet as I was too excited to cap the opening/ending.


Opening/Ending || Part One || Part Two

We start off with this white flower that is blooming...

Which I'm sure is just full of symbolism that I'm just not getting right now and will probably get two openings later. (It took me two endings to figure out the symbolism of Rukia losing grip on the red ribbon in the first ending.)

It loses a petal and we move into one very cool sequence and a character run through.

Ishida -- Quincy Archer Version 2.0

Chad -- The Gentle Giant

Orihime -- The Flower Girl

Urahara -- Looking absolutely gorgeous

Kuukaku -- Looking like she's ready for a fight (which she'll probably win)

Ganjyu -- The calm in the Shiba storm?

Yamamoto -- Ready to command his troops or taking a nap... it's really hard to tell.

Soi Fong -- Just barely showing off her stinger

Kira -- Nearly swallowed by the darkness

Gin -- Looking happy as usual

Unohana -- The motherly figure

Isane -- Looking a bit wary of things

Hanatarou -- Rushing about

Momo -- Looking a bit.. well I don't really know how to describe that look...

Aizen -- Lost in the darkness

Renji -- Looking as cocky as ever

Byakuya -- Looking hurt/pissed/confused/sad/happy/etc

Iba -- He's so gangsta

Komamura -- He's so foxy (I think he gets unmasked in this double episode)

Nanao -- Is she holding her boobie?

Shunsui -- Wishes he could hold Nanao's boobie...

Shuuhei -- He's got your number..

Tousen -- He's always in the dark

Hitsugaya -- Ready to fight his way out

Matsumoto -- She looks so hurt/sad/lost!

Kenpachi -- Still smiling even in the darkness

Yachiru -- Probably happy because her Ken-chan is happy

Ikkkaku -- He's ready for a fight too

Yumichika -- He's just striking a pose

Mayuri -- Is loving the darkness of course

Nemu -- As loyal as always

Ukitake -- He's looking really pissed off right now. (Bad hair day?)

Yoruichi -- Times two!

Rukia -- Still looking sad and lonely

Ichigo -- Standing as determined as ever

And as the blackness slowly eats away something starts to show...

Someone wants to come out and play...

And we just got to the title screen!

Ichigo with Zangetsu stands among a group of dead looking trees at sunrise...

And the sunlight washes over him...

Chad stops at a hole in the wall for a moment of peace.

Ishida stands possibly lamenting his fading power...

And Orihime chooses to stand and move forward.

Chad gets a nice action shot...

Followed by supercharged Ishida

And Orihime and her fairies...

Flames engulf the screen...

Yamamoto stands in the middle of a raging fire...

While Hitsugaya is surrounded by ice.

With a nice close up.

Shunsui stands in front of the autumn colors.

My copy of the raw jumps like this (look in the corner) quite a few times.)

This is just a beautiful piece of animation where he pulls his swords out.

I nearly squealed myself to death with it all... I'd love to see a clean version of this when the DVDs reach this episode.

And as Shunsui fades out Ukitake fades in...

His piece here didn't seem to have as much movement as Shunsui's did...

But it was still a beautiful piece of animation.

The colors, the movement... this was the best part of the whole opening in my opinion. It was just nicely done.

Unohana walks her division

And is distracted by something...

Soi Fong stands in the rain...

That's about all she does, but I'll give you a clean shot...

And some Gin flashes in time with the music...

Look how his coat blows in the breeze...

Someone is happy in his pants!

Renji looking mighty fine...

And all up in your face!

I never really realized just how massively huge his ban kai is. I knew it was really big, but damn...

That's one kinky whip...

I think it might be hungry too..

This is Yoruichi showing off her ninja skills by taking down a bunch of guys in trees.

I can think of a couple of people who would probably enjoy this little move here... >_>

Ain't that just a kick in the pants?

I think she won...

She looks a bit sad/upset/worried...

But she gives us a smile..

Now for a preview of the fight we've all be waiting for...

Not a whole lot of shots from this exchange because of the credits.

The sparks are flying now!

The swords move to surround their target...

Which is everyone's favorite half-dressed and bandaged Shinigami with orange hair.

Those of us who have read the manga know what this means...

Ichigo goes all glow again...

Camera pans around...

And we zoom in!

He looks sorta evil right here...

Ichigo eye!

And for some reason we jump back to Ichigo in the human world...

It's Rukia!

This scene reminded me of the scene in episode 18, I think it was, where Rukia was trying to tell Ichigo that she needed to leave but couldn't...

The sky cracks above them...

I think Ichigo is trying to rub his stomach and pat his head at the same time...

All right... who left the window open? Can we get the butterflies off the animation?

The sky rips open...

But these two aren't noticing...

...all that evil reaching out... how can you *not* notice that?

And everything else fades to black...

Even though this ending song is kinda light... it gave me that sorta happy/sad feeling you get sometimes...

Orihime lets her fairies fly

There is a huge lack of Tsubaki love in Bleach...

Chads stands...

Ishida and his skinny self stands too...

Yoruichi who is sometimes a cat and Urahara who looks like the cat that swallowed the canary.

Rukia looking sad...

Kon looking dazed...

...and confused...

Well at least there was a cushion...

Karin and Yuzu (who really needs to lay off the drugs)

I sorta miss "sexy posing while giving a declaration of love" Isshin...

Tessai minds the store...

And Jinta and Ururu are there too.

Everyone walks home from school... you know someone mentioned it before about how Orihime's three friends are kinda like the female vice captains... these two would be like Momo and Nanao.

Although I guess we could count Chizuru.. she'd be like Nemu because we all know how much of a perv Namu is XD

This one here with Keigo and Mizuiro would be like Matsumoto because she's got some cleavage action too.

Ichigo stands looking kinda dorky at the sunset.

I really hate the way Ishida is always off to the side. He really does have social interaction issues.

They're all so gorgeous! Thank you so much for posting them! But one of the pictures isn't loading! It's the "supercharged Ishida pic". The Ishida pics are the most important ones of all (to me)!! How can I see the pic? And poor Ishi, standing off by himself. He's so shy.... *swoon*
